1. Account data

We store the information required to run your account, authentication, plan assignment, and API key management.

2. Uploaded files

Files sent to the API are processed for the requested PDF workflow. You remain responsible for the legality and sensitivity of those documents.

3. Usage and operational logs

We record request usage, status codes, request identifiers, and operational metrics to enforce quotas, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.

4. Support requests

Information you submit through the support form is stored in the admin workspace so product, sales, and technical follow-up can happen in one queue.

5. Retention and access

Operational data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, plan enforcement, and support workflows. Access is restricted to authorized operators.
